The William J. Goff Veteran Legend Award will be presented to Kenneth R. Epperson, Sr. at GloryFest '23.

Mr. Epperson will be accepting the award on behalf of the Veteran Celebration Committee. He served in the US Army from 1965-68 and represents District 12 as a Caddo County Commissioner. Our foundation is proud to honor Mr. Epperson for his incredible efforts on behalf of veterans in Louisiana and beyond!
