If you're a singer, musician, or in a band, you can donate just $5 for the opportunity to be selected to use this famed Model 44BX at one of your performances or recording sessions!

 

You'll be using the same mic that Hank used on his daily radio show and last single ("The Log Train") that was recorded just a few weeks before he died. Elvis, Fats, Cash, and Jones used it to record demos and Ike & Tina cut a few tracks with it! Dale Hawkins used the mic to record the original version of "Susie Q" and John Fred used it on the #1 hit “Judy in Disguise.”

And what's Jack White doing in a photograph with the 44BX?

 

Well, Joey Kent met up with Slim Jim Phantom of The Stray Cats in Nashville to interview Jack. They talked about Elvis and The Louisiana Hayride, then Mr. White freaked out when he saw the mic! The result was the historic photograph you see here.
